Designing interior of sales spaces is a special challenge for every architect, since the architect has to connect functional, aesthetic, spatial-planning and other legal provisions on one hand, and marketing postulates on the other hand. The marketing elements of a project involve a series of written and unwritten rules for designing exclusively commercial spaces, from small shops to big shopping centres, all with one goal: good presentation and successful sales of products to customers as end users.

A thorough reflection of the visual identity of office and business spaces is a prerequisite for defining the image of the firm that client wants to present to its business partners, as well as creation of ambience in which employees will feel comfortable.

The domain of construction and decoration of tourist apartments in Croatia is strictly defined by law and categorization of objects. From the architectural point of view, that means that in designing apartments intended for tourist purposes it is important to take into account the options of their categorization in accordance with the object’s location and features, i.e. to design them in accordance with relevant regulations.
